How does it work?

We offer two options for home sellers:

1.) The first is a limited service listing plan which is essentially everything you need to market your home to potential buyers. We provide everything a full service firm would offer including a thorough market analysis, assistance with preparing your home for market, full MLS and Realtor.com listing, listing on hundreds of sites that list homes from our MLS, flyers, a yard sign, lock-box, Showing Time showing service, buyer feedback and all forms you will need to complete the sale of your home. The only difference is that you will be the one who buyers call and you will handle negotiations and closing. If you are comfortable with the process you will save thousands of dollars.

2.) For sellers who do not want to handle calls, showing requests, negotiations and closing we have a Flat Fee option for you as well. For an additional $2,000 we will handle all aspects of the transaction from start to finish. Compare this to the portion of the commission that many firms charge to list your home (usually 6% split between your listing agent and buyers agent) and you will still save thousands of dollars.

What if I am not comfortable dealing with buyers and handling negotiations on my own?

Our full-service listing option is designed for sellers who want to hire a professional Realtor to handle all aspects of getting their home sold! We handle everything from the initial listing, marketing, inspections and repair negotiations all the way to closing, just as you would expect from a traditional real estate firm. The only difference is you don't pay a huge commission.
