In addition to providing you with everything you need to sell your house, this option includes full service representation from the day the listing agreement is signed all the way until closing takes place at the attorney’s office. This is for sellers who do not want to take calls from and negotiate with buyers and buyers agents. We handle all marketing and negotiate all terms, repairs request, and all aspects of the transaction. The difference is that we charge a Fair, Flat Fee which can save you thousands of dollars!
